How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
This position has responsibilities for the cross functional management of aircraft and engine inventory programs through various stages of their management such as asset/parts valuation, receiving, reconciliation, repair analysis, repair program management, vendor management, warehousing, inventory tracking, and supply of assets to support production or sale. The program manager will oversee and document all aspects of the assigned project or program including a well-defined process to plan, monitor, coordinate and assure completion and compliance with all program/project milestones. The program manager will work closely with DMS peers, leadership and other departments or stakeholders to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. The position may involve travel to various domestic/international locations. This position is based in Atlanta, GA and will report to the Director– Product Lines
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Applicant must have a strong track record in a program/project management role in the aerospace business or in a technical/manufacturing environment.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience required in aviation or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communications and ability to present complex material in a concise but comprehensive manner to all levels of management.
- Applicant must be proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with SAP, MS Visio, Project and Business Intel tools such as Cognos. Hyperion, Tableau desirable.
- Self-starter and strong team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently from multiple stakeholders under strict deadlines.
- Works with integrity and professionalism, always showing respect for others and a drive toward continuous improvement

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent required PLUS at least 3 years of related work experience in an aviation or manufacturing environment.
- Masters or advanced degree preferred.
