How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Sr. Analyst develop and maintain DMS metrics, scorecard, business case analyses, and analyses &  creation of various program reports as well as company business/operations performance metric reporting. This individual will work closely with various DMS teams, TechOps Finance, Maintenance departments, Fleet Planning & Transactions, Quality, Materials, Planning and Engineering. 

This position is based in Atlanta, GA and will report to the DMS Director-Asset Monetization.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated reports and analysis with the direction from senior DMS leaders  
  • Leverage data and analytics to support process improvement and project management 
  • Develops and presents scenario analysis and sensitivity matrices. 
  • Coordinates the harvest program savings reporting, weekly/monthly program performance analysis and reporting.
  • Perform financial analysis to improve program yield in part-out assets.
  • Drive analytics, preparation and distribution of various program metrics, vendor scorecards, and periodic business performance reports to DMS and its stakeholders.
  • Analyze the performance of DMS versus plan by working with Sr. leaders and generates specific plans for DMS to drive change and track progress.
  • Coordinate goal setting and driving consistency in the application of data as a management system through standardized reporting and analysis
  • Present findings to DMS leaders
  • Develop advanced analytics solutions for complex business problems

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Advanced computer/database skills (Excel, Hyperion/Brio, SAP etc.), expertise in statistical analysis is preferred. 
  • Strong experience in creating and maintaining Tableau reports.
  • Demonstrated skills in advanced analysis and presentation. 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are required. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills required
  • Able to present complex material in a concise but comprehensive manner.
  • Must be a strong team player; detail oriented, and has the ability to work well under pressure. 
  • Appropriately handles confidential information, requires minimal supervision and should be able to work under strict deadlines and on multiple projects concurrently.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other business-related quantitative discipline and three years of recent experience in relevant positions preferred.
