Delta’s Propel Career Path Program has evolved to provide a more streamlined path to a future Delta career by providing a single interview approach. Selected participants only need to interview once with Propel to progress to Endeavor and eventually to mainline Delta. Upon successful acceptance into the Propel program, Propel pilots will receive qualified job offers (QJOs) for Endeavor and mainline Delta, removing the burden of getting hired at a regional carrier by streamlining all Propel pilots through Endeavor on their pathway to a Delta flight deck.

We’ve made it simple for you to identify yourself to the Delta Propel Team and submit your application for the Delta Propel Collegiate (Intern and Partner Org) and Company (Internal Employee) Pilot Career Path Programs.

Register now and you will:

• Create your profile and complete eligibility questions pertaining to the selected Propel Path Program.
• If eligible for the selected Propel Path Program, you will receive an email to complete the full Propel application.
• Submit full application to apply. (The complete Propel application must be submitted by any required deadline.)
